Merry Christmas! Sweet cardinals are seen in so many Christmas cards with their vivid scarlet colors. This painting, from my photo of last winter, became our Christmas card this year. The sentiment: "Wishing you and yours special gifts of Peace, Joy, Love, and Happiness. Another Christmas to make wonderful memories and time to remember those of the past." There is a Swedish Christmas cardinal legend of a cardinal nesting in your tree brings a year of health, wealth and happiness. So that is also my gift wished to all my online friends.
